Delivery Information

We offer fast and reliable delivery across the United Arab Emirates. Our team works hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

1. Same-Day Delivery (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman)

• Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 10:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 1 to 4 hours of confirmation.
• Availability: Available 7 days a week.

2. Next-Day Delivery (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK, UAQ)

• Schedule: Orders for these emirates are dispatched immediately and will be delivered on the next working day.
• Order Cut-off: Please place your order by 5:00 PM to ensure next-day delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above AED 400.
• Standard Fee: For orders below AED 400, a standard delivery fee of AED 30 applies.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from BuyIqosTerea, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Unopened & Unused: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective device or a damaged package, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund after inspecting the item.
• Note: For electronic devices, the box must be returned with all original accessories and manuals.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened packs of tobacco sticks.
• Used devices or accessories.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
